The recipe I have (if I can even find it after all these years) is one of those alternate culture affairs that uses carob where ordinary people would use cocoa powder. Still, you easily use cocoa; I certainly won't tell.

The recipe is on paper, so I would need to type it into the Guide. I used to be able to type 33 mistakes per minute.

What the forecasters hadn't ....um...forecasted was that so much of what's coming down now is rain. This will give me less to shovel, but I might need an umbrella.

Well, do keep dry, but also watch out for the N'oreaster gales. Getting blown over on hard pavement isn't healthy..

We're getting more rain here on Wednesday, or so our newscasts are warning us. Strangely, they also are saying that wildfire danger is still very high.

Well, they are always right about one thing: we always get weather.

This afternoon, I traipsed through the snow to get a cup of frozen yogurt. Then I went to see "Frozen II."

Perhaps we'll be calling you Mr Freeze in the near future.
