You can't do much with politicians, Bob, save making an effort to not get damged by their collective idiocy.

I hope that whatever happens, Great Britain isn't permanently damaged.

It's hard to keep the British people down. A vibrant culture, an amazing educational system, acting traditions that are the envy of the rest of the world, musical supremacy that even the Germans and Italians have to try to keep up with. It goes on.

The only trouble is that the British *know* how great they are. Naturally, when the Vogons are about to destroy the Earth, it's an Englishman who gets rescued. The joke is that he wasn't one of the better ones . But that makes it easy to relate to him, as I willingly do.

It's been a bit odd here over the pastfew days, and I've been a bit anxious and blue. I'll be fine though. I've a group therapy session Wednesday morning. That should really help

I went to group therapy for a year, and it helped. It was long ago.

Actually, that makes a lot of sense, prof. I think we should push for elevating you to some high position where your wisdom can prevail.

laws or religions etc don't mean a thing any more greed/power/and I want it my way or else! are the norm' now a days

everyone blames someone else for societies problems, there are NO answers whatsoever unfortunately it'll take another world war I hope NOT nuclear, to bring the "planet" back to working together as such

I think that wisdom begins with the realization that solutions are few and far between. And that answers must be held up for scrutiny. None of us is as powerful as the casual observer might imagine.

Let's enjoy just being us, on a day to day basis. There are simple pleasures available for the asking, and they are often pretty remarkable!

we need 2 planets 1 for those that like to fight/wars etc and t'other for the rest of us who only want peace and to live a decent safe life etc.

I would gladly join you on that second planet, but I fear it does not exist. it's just a part of that first planet.
