And acknowledgements to Weaver for the format!
Perhaps I should donate points to him for his clever idea.

I didn't read it as a lesbian couple who both have secrets? I took it as the same voice throughout. Interesting angle, fats

Dear Enig,
It was for other linked 60 worders that Weaver wrote a month or so ago - they were excellent - haven't got time to go and find them as I'm meant to be cooking pasta for 4 for 7pm.

Hi everybody, it is very tropical weather here, (great if I did not have a cold). Has everbody posted that is going to??? Just would like to know when the scoring is likely to start Spidey??? Just that this whole week has had severe storms with lots of lightening. And I like to have the computer off. It is 7am Sat morning here. Was meant to do a Art and Craft market but they are forcasting storms for later on again, and tommorrow is the same. So I am trying to skirt around the freaky weather.
Thank-you Lurch for your thoughtful encouragement. Maybe you could enter the next one hey???

Hi Pen and Serin. Don't think I can be writing at the moment. Feeling a bit crap. Sort of all at sea. Might be ok tomorrow and squeeze a story in but I doubt it. Should go to bed really but still piddling about on here.
Saw Kim Catrell (Sex in the city) on Jonathon Ross show this evening Shes only a few years younger th me but lookstunning. V disheartening. Not really the reason I am in a mood though.
Just feeling sort of bah humbug as I have some sort of chest pains and have to go shopping tomorrow and I'd rather stay in bed all day.
Just ignore me...................no one else to have a rant to.

Hey Spidey, here's a wee for ye and a cuppa .
Don't be worrying about us lot in here or about getting a piece done. It's been a bit of a mental week, I'm surprised so many were able to do a short.
As for Kim Catrell, would it help if I told you that she's had a bit of 'nip 'n' tuck', so really shouldn't count?! And you have a 'city' of personality (and write 'sexy' poems! ) - so who's better off, eh?!
Go for a wee sleep now; tomorrow's another day and the shopping can wait. I'll be catering to a bunch of loony Large Print Borrowers, who will no doubt be grumpy, (most saturday morning people are), and do my head in! PLUS I will have to listen to the same fecking Christmas 'choir' chanting on CD for five solid hours over and over and over again!
NOW, GO TO BED and sweet, restful dweems,
Jen

Christmas Shopping - bah bumhug - Good Luck Spidey, Yule need it!
Hope you feel happier soon.
What a fantastic, descriptive story PenJen.
I'm up early - lovely morning - misty cold and calm. We have the computer in the big window overlooking the garden - so you don't feel hidden away from nature. Also it gives your eyes a rest as you spend 80% of the time looking out at the trees and birds, while waiting for super slow BT line to connect etc.
