The almighty and original 60 word challenge
Enigmatic1 Posted Dec 1, 2004
A boy, says she
With childish glee,
Her bosoms sagging
From chest to knee.
More man, I am
Than you can handle.
I know that it's me
Whom you burn a candle
For, now let's explore
Your digs, poetic in style:
Your vented spleen
Drowned in black bile.
I know how you long
For fresh young meat;
You wonder what's big
Besides my feet.
You never shall know
So get back to work.
And don't hold your breath
I'm not into charity work
Mmmwahaha!

Ahem. Hundred word stories? It'll be the naughty chair for you two if you keep hanky pankying about.

The 10th of December, Enig.
Have you seen the lastest community news? I'm not quite sure whether to believe it or not...

Looks like it, NaeThyme.
Very bad news.

How pathetic. This site does a great job and they want to close it? Ugh...

I've sent my complaint to the BBC about the website's closure and I suggest everyone else does it as well.

Of all the online resources I've ever used, this is probably the only one I'd put my hand in my pocket for. Closing it down goes against everything the BBC should stand for. Time to put pens to paper (metaphorically of course, I've not actually 'written' anything on paper for months) for a cause, I think.

Hi there Almighties!
Is it too late for me to sign up for this one?
I'm still a bit frazzled - I've done my son's school forms, done my teacher training form, school Art project, met textile design deadline...have got new deadline, new part-time job and accounts to do. But it doesn't take long to write 100 words. And I miss you all. I might not be so good at getting back to you on discussions and reviews etc though.
Ahh sweet little robin eating the bread I've just put out. Beautiful mellow brown morning at the edge of the woods.

Awh.... Fats!
Lovely to see you dip in here! AND you've been busy, making me look more like a lazy-hazy soul too! lol
Well, the deadline for this is 10th December and the title voted most favourable was 'A Tap at the Window'. I don't think our darling Spidey would mind, but you are not allowed to write a decent one, OK?
Must go... Have a cool day missus, and sing with the birdies!
Jen
