You realise you're inviting a big ramble about the wonders of garlic sauce now? Because they always reach for the chili sauce and you have to ask for the garlic special. But I've never come across a kebab shop that didn't have the garlic and I'm amazed more people don't have it, because it's much nicer.

You should make yourself a kebab for tea. Forget potatomytoesy for now and make a kebab insead.

I wouldn't know where to start - I'd need to get one of those rotatey things and then get all the ingredients. Be easier to go up the road. Where I used to live, in north bigtown, was a very Cypriot part of town and there were dozens and dozens of amazing kebab places.

I don't think that you *need* one of those rotatey things to make one.
