Do other folks have coffee cut with chickory to make it smooth? My mom won't drink anything but instant coffee with a chickory blend.
In former hard times, I think some folks used chickory to make it go further, so the chickory got the reputation of being poor man's coffee. I like chickory, myself.

here in the uk theres a brand of liquid coffee cut with chickory called 'camp' usewd to make good milkshakes as well
