The great thing about losing your reputation, is that you can do anything you like, without the least fear of criticism or a guilty conscience.

I think there'll be enough criticism still, but if you don't feel guilty, then what the heck.

usually better than having them knowing the real truth

Never take on any responsibilities, then you can behavee irresponsibly all the time.

also - I lesson I leared from my Lebanese colleagues:

'Regard the truth as a VERY precious (and finite) commodity. Use it sparingly and only when absolutely necessary.'

That's sound advice, I'll live by that rule henceforth.

Pictures of Eekland yes, there are several good pictures from the (genuine) Xmas cake , Hati cutting the cake ( I made those pictures ) and several others
some of them could indeed be published on a public website

i couldn't be around for eexmas festivities this year

guess i might as well tell people that the werewolf and i are no longer an item and that i left eekland thursday, before the festivities took place over the weak end

but both the werewolf and i are okay about it, so dont you worry
