you would be amazed how blood sausage and sauerkraut would be welcomed in - say - denmark and germany for instance
in other places you would be tarred and feathered for trying to serve it, of course, but hey, that shouldn't lead you to leave show business now should it?

I think what you call 'blood sausage' is called black pudding in the UK.
Now sauerkraut, on the other hand...

Black pudding and cabbage have kept people in my part of the world alive for hundreds of years - before any of them had heard the words "ciabatta" or "choca-moca-boca-latte". I fail to see what's so bad about them.
