27th september!!
I couldn't wait any longer,so yesterday i rung to make sure the decision hadn't got lost in the post(we have a temporarly postie who put my new debit cards in the wrong letter box a whie since,and caused so many problems).I was told the decision was still to be finalised,so it will be sometime next week,,,which ,according to my reckoning,will be the 11 weeks they said it may take!!!Another few nights of dreaming about brown envelopes to face then!!!

Smurfles, will be thinking of you. Not long now, try and relax, worrying won't change the outcome now, and I am sure you will get the result you want.

I just got a call from the lovely lady from disability help....she got notification that my DLA has been renewed,reinstated as before,and indefinitley ...so no more forms!!

Like everyone else, I am delighted it is all sorted for you Sal. I don't think any of us every doubted it, but it was cruel to put you through that, after all this time.

So, the no more form filling, is that like forever? No more forms never ever again? That's worth celebrating all by itself

Now, just have to wait and see how long it takes for my new claim to be no doubt rejected, appealed against, lost in the post and re-applied for

Hi Christine, I have been going through a sticky patch of late, fighting the mood swings and attending my therapy sessions every fortnight. Think I am over the worst of it though, thanks for asking

I have suggested light therapy, but I do not know if that is OK for mood swings. don/t we all have them sometimes?
You are such a special person, and I shall never get over the estraordinary work that you have done.
When those tankers pass us by every day I always thnk of you. that must have been gruelling work.
