Well said abbi.this site has saved my sanity many times over, although sometimes i have had to turn off with !!!It's nice to know that there's always a friend out there, and more important that someone understands how you feel when the going gets tough. My extended family are here in h2g2,or that's how it feels!!!s
Doris,ring me when you're free love,and i'll ring you straight back,afternoon is usually best.xx

Hope things inprove helena.
It does seem like bad things come in threes.
My theory is that can be a hidden lind of good. If you had to drag out all the bad things one at a time you would never get a break. Since they are bad might as well lump them together!
Maybe the pain is not so intense if you have distractions, even with others negatives. Hard to believe at times but it has crossed my mind before while trying to hang on.
You sure have some good times coming, hope you do not have to wait long. Thankfully that does not fail to happen either.
Good Luck with things improving.

Hi Folks, Did a Snippet about just how far PCs have advanced in our life times
OH! BTW. If you are having probs sending E-Mails??
Switch off your Zone Alarm first, then send them I found that out when all my E-Mails were coming back to me
So Ive got rid of Zone Alarm altogether now, dont need it so much, if your on broadband

Hi Smurfles , Its a firewall that stops you getting viruses
Norton, does a good Free one
Ad-Aware stops you from going into "Dodgy Sites" (porn)Any way, Im to hear about your PC virus
I know how my Zone Alarm was giving me probs it was near the end of my Free trial, and they want me to pay for it now!!!

I thought they were slightly different than you stated but I am still working on learning....
1)Parental controls and high security settings keep you out of dodgy sites. Along with never going there anyway helps to keep them out.
2)A Firewall keeps others from coming into your computer and taking over or causing problems. Without a firewall your personal info (passwords-screenames)can be stolen or changed. People can control your mail making you an spam sender without your knowledge. You can block dialers with these.
There are several types of firewalls in different places depending on your setups and ISP.
3)Adware stops biz from spying on you tracking your moves and collecting other private information.
4)Virus ware stops viruses and worms and other threats.
5)Most of these programs have pop-up blockers.
6)Security settings are very important reguardless of other software.
