*hee hee hee*
BTW, have ya given any thought to voting Jack as the new Prez of, ... well, ... ... what-ever he's looking to be Prez of?

I might guess that nominee to be a variation of a half-relation, or someone of a certain number of limbs, or even perhap a gnomishly named individual.

2legs got my vote
Although I don't think he stands that much of a chance...bless his little furry badger feet.

Of all the names in the hat, his is likely to be the most recognizeable one to many folks. From so many threads and places. I'd say he'll fit in the top 3 atleast.

yeah, but most of the others are very well known too.
Jack for being so outlandish.
Gnomon for his peer review work
and so on and so forth

About half of them do have their own possibilities, eh? And then others are veritable unknowns. Ah well, it's all a bit of fun.

I think the way Croz is dealing, not saying who received what, such embarassments will be avoided. Still, I expect everyone will have atleast half a dozen friends supporting them.
Have you any plans for your week-end? My in-laws arrive on Sunday, and will be keeping me off-line for a week.
It HAS been nice ...

This thread has languished more time than it has ever been active. So I think it's time to permanently put it to bed.
As well, all indications are that again I've somehow run a-foul. So for simplicity, I'll also sever that last PS-connection.
If I'm completely mis-reading again, you do know where and how to find me. To correct me.
If not, then I do wish you well in all future life and endeavours. And bid farewell.

*drops in so very briefly ...*
Considering how irritated, aggravated and generally some folks have been about "others" fully disreguarding communications, ... hmmmm. I suppose the shoe-on-the-other-foot syndrome, eh?
*wanders off again .... *

Times, people, personal needs, ... All come and go. Thoughts and considerations of well-met friends, ... Some survive, some are lost.
Some, I really haven't a ing clue where they fit in, to so many circles, levels, cliques, stratii, ... And find it far simpler to not care, to not worry.
I can only hope that the purchase and move to the new home-zone goes perfectly smoothly for you. And the nuptials there-after. There is a card here, awaiting a day that I ask for a mailing address from anyone. Many names, numbers, codes ... lost ... because of previous assumptions of intent or attitudes.
I know that cr@p happens, but DAMN !!! it's a nuisance !!!
My adress is on the tail end of my PS. Otherwise, address books and such have been thinned asnd trimmed.

Absolutely not!
Reef commented that she was banging her head against a brick wall and I provided her with one, because I think she's wrong.
Under the same circumstances, I'd have offered the wall to anyone who'd have mentioned it.
I don't do catty, I say it how it is.
