We won't have any problems at all. It's a first time buyers home and under £100k, so we shouldn't really have a problem.

Go here and select House Types...then the Banbury. This is the house I fell in love with

That's a nice looking style, and comfortable space to each room. The "en-suite" is always a nice touch too. Would you be lucky enough to also have some good garden area for little Virago's to run and shriek about?

That particular one does, yes. It also has fantastic views of the "Cheshire Plains" from the back of the house. Beautiful

Meanwhile, have the hot-flashes eased any? Milady first started serious 'life changes' at 32, ... but that isn't unusual in her family lines. Heck, even I have them on occassion the last couple of years.

I could readily name several families that would PAY you to take their kids.
Meanwhile, if it isn't part of your common "family histories", I'd guess you've just got yourself a bit of a flu-bug. With the cool and wets in your weather, anything might have bit you. (Lucky little bugs ... )

I'm afraid it is part of my family history. Both my Nanna and her sister had it, and so does my Aunty...we shall just have to wait and see I suppose.

Oh pooh. As you say, wait and see, ... and what a or two may have to say.
Meanwhile, there ain't nothing stopping you from tearing about the threads causing various sorts of mayhem, eh?

Somehow, I don't doubt that at all. Enjoy it, Lady. I've gotta get seriously into the w*rk-day. And my connection to hootoo is getting shakey again.
Whooo-hooo !!!! It's FRIDAY !!!!

I know. And I gotta face it too in half an hour.
Have you still got lots of hiding room under that desk?

It's getting a tad full due to piles of files that seem to have ended up there. I'm sure I could kick some of them out of the way if needs must

I used to know a Reverend who was quite adept with a hoover?
How was you week-end? Mine was filled with domestic stuff, and wiring my new office in the basement for electrical. And then visited a friend I've known for 22 years. He's leaving our town at the end of the week.

We went off house hunting on Sunday. Came across quite a few, but nothing that really rocked my boat.

I'll only guess, but I'd say we checked out atleast 20 or so before this one fell on us. It listed 2 days before we were to look at a couple, so we weren't even aware of it. But as soon as we saw it's size, location and number of built-in ammenities, we knew. So, I wish you equal or better , friend.
*yawns* And it's just another day ...
