Well, I've arrived at my version of "Mini-Hell". You know, seemingly endless torment. And the place didn't have the decency to crumble under it's own aged and delapidated weight.

A client of there's has turned up. They weren't in their room so I went to the board room where he was, and as I opened the door and told him his client was here, I got dismissed by the wave of a hand.

yep...I can't wait!! Been to see a couple of new houses. One really took our fancy, but they wouldn't accept an offer until we had an offer on our own house. I think we've missed the boat on that one because they only had 2 houses left.

I can appreciate their position. I've had a number of co-workers have home sales fall through because the prospective buyers couldn't unload their last one.
