Now that's the kind of half-man half-machine you /don't/ want to get on the wrong side of And not exactly what I meant... I was thinking more along the lines of cyborgs.. And, without quesioning your integrity, I guess you could have been too

I wouldn't know. I haven't been the Anne Summers. Full stop.
I'm a good girl...
Hello
TeaKay Posted Feb 15, 2005
I've only ever walked past it. Had no reason to go inside.
I bet you're not half as good as you make out.

I've not even walked past one, to my knowledge I onl know of the fabled wonders because of [1] Michelle and [2] my Dad, when I was trying to brainstorm what to get Michelle for Christmas (It was on the basis that I wanted to get her something pink and fluffy]
I try my best...
Hello
TeaKay Posted Feb 16, 2005
I know mostly because of Jenny.
Yes, pink and fluffy probably features quite a lot there. Add battery powered, and I'd think you worked there
Lol, yeah. But do you succeed?

The truth doesn't exist. It can't. Truth is subjective. There are no objective truths.
Yes, I am aware that I have just created a paradox in saying that.
Damnit.
Hello
TeaKay Posted Feb 21, 2005
It was, of course, the subjective truth I was talking about. Subjective truth /is/ objective, given a small enough set. I believe just you and I would make a pretty small set. A nice and cosy one, and one I wouldn't be against being a part of
Ahhh... logic. So much fun. All bips are cofs. All cofs are blings. Therefore, all bips are blings.
How's this for a paradox- This statement is false.

Surely I can't be in my own jury? That'd just be silly... That'd leave you inclusively as my jury, which is an even smaller, cozier set...
I like logic. And ravenous monsters. A good combination I feel.
A fairly obvious paradox, m'dear, but still a good one
Hello
TeaKay Posted Feb 21, 2005
You mean exclusively? I'm in my own tiny, cozy (lonely) set as it is... want to be with someone else for a change...
It's /the/ paradox. The one that you use to explain the idea to laymen.

Hello
Existential Elevator Posted Feb 22, 2005
I'd like to help you out there... perhaps we should put soemone else on trial? Not that I'm trying to avoid a sentence or anything
'Tis true, 'tis true... Probably the first one that most people hear
Hello
TeaKay Posted Feb 22, 2005
If there was only one person I'd want to help me out there...
Hey, I was never putting you on trial. You're the one who brought in the jury!
Had almost an entire lecture on it in the first year...
Well, maybe that's an exagerration...

Oh fine, you're right I guess...! Too many legalities, oh the legalities..
An entire lecture on /one/ statement really would be going some
Hello
TeaKay Posted Feb 23, 2005
You brought them up... Ain't no legalities involved with me. I'm totally illegal.
We had an entire module on logic...
