Hello, remember me? No, didn't think so... we were banging our heads on the self same brick wall only a couple of days ago in one of Em's conversations.

I'm bored, so I thought I'd come take a look at your personal space. I must say that I rather like the bouncing sheep.

You seem like an agreeable kind of person, so I didn't think you'd mind me leaving a little message. If you took it upon yourself to reply, that would be wonderful.

Well, hopefully speak soon then, by for now,

TeaKay

Aw, Tanya's a nice name!

If you don't mind me asking, what's the initial of your surname?

I'm O.k thanks. I'm a little drunk as I was working at my local for a few hours, and I hadn't had anything to eat before I started. I've had a roll and some crisps now, so I'm feeling a little more in control smiley - smiley

Yourself?

smiley - laugh A TK alphabet.... how funny smiley - smiley

It's a rather depressing essay on Christian views of euthanasia. Very morbid stuff.

Hello

TeaKay

Oooh, sounds fun...

My mate at uni (doing medicine) had to do an essay on the part of the course they found most difficult to comprehend- he did it on hopw he isn't religious himself, making it difficult to understand people being against things like euthanasia, abortion and blood transfusions because of their religion. It's interesting, because there's him, completely unreligious, and he lives with another friend of mine who's doing the same course as him but she is the most avidly Christian person I've ever met.

Strange combination.....

I tend to tear apart slowly and painfully andone who has very strong religious beliefs against/for people doing stuff like that... It's a bad idea to leave me alone with a ver avid Christian for too long smiley - winkeye Oh, the arguments I've had with my friends! smiley - biggrinsmiley - blacksheep

It's not very fun at all.

I'm the same... I just don't agree with religion. I find it hard to understand how people can just blindly accept what they've read in some book which was written by many different authors over a period of hundreds of years, several thousand years (and, more importantly, several languages) ago.

I'm generally O.k with people having religious beliefs- it's when they start trying to enforce them on everyone around them. People who stand in the city centre with a bible and a microphone plugged into a cheap guitar amp really annoy me.

For the past three weeks (every wednesday), I've answered the door to a woman who sems to be trying to sway my brother over to Creationism. Now that's the weirdest bloody idea of all!

I tend to like poking at it and trying to understand it... It's when people take it too seriously that it worries me...

Enforcement is not a good thing. that's why I refused to go to Brownies when I was 7! smiley - yikessmiley - winkeye
