Hiya JEllen! How's things?

Little weird at the moment. I had a huge argument with my therapist yesterday -- not over anything important, but it still made me feel weird.

I understand the weird feeling... is my usual state, especially lately

But I can see why arguing with one's therapist would cause kinda uncomfortable feelings... especially knowing some of the ups and downs of the past year or so for you, JEllen. Especially as I'd think your therapist could find more constructive ways to express her concerns to you than arguing. If you care to vent a little, feel free to drop me an email.
