Dancing a jig.

I went to see Lord of the Dance in Bristol last night. smiley - wow Is all I can say. It is a brilliantly amazing show. The dancers must be super fit and they’re proper people, not anorexic stick insects; they look amazing. Everything is impeccably timed and fits together seamlessly. The atmosphere and noise is incredible, you just want to get up and dance…

The lighting rig is rather impressive too. smiley - bigeyes

I guess you could say that I did rather enjoy the show. smiley - winkeye

A proud moment!

As the family smiley - dog takes second place in the ‘Dog with the waggyist tail’ section at the Wales and Borders Countryside and Game show. He then further marked the occasion, and got the biggest laugh of the afternoon, when he cocked his leg against the second place marker when we went up to claim his prize.

He thoroughly enjoyed his day, I managed to make it home without any extra livestock although I was very tempted by the baby ferrets, and there were some very good looking hens on offer; and B enjoyed the cider!

I love the smell of......

Freshly baked bread wafting through the house first thing in the morning. smiley - drool

I’ve just got myself a bread machine, and waking up to soft, fresh bread in the mornings…. smiley - drool. No more toast for me!

My eyes are blind, I can not see......

smiley - musicalnote I have not brought my specs with me...... smiley - musicalnote

Mostly because my poor departed specs broke this morning when I picked them up. The metal fatigue across their bridge was obviously much more advanced than I'd realised. smiley - sadface

I've had them since I did my GCSE's and I was very attached to the frames (I've had new lenses), and or course becuase I've got a 'funny' left eye they have to send my new pairs away to be made up.

to all.

I hope VV got her bird down......

smiley - run off to find out......
