I went to see Lord of the Dance in Bristol last night. smiley - wow Is all I can say. It is a brilliantly amazing show. The dancers must be super fit and they’re proper people, not anorexic stick insects; they look amazing. Everything is impeccably timed and fits together seamlessly. The atmosphere and noise is incredible, you just want to get up and dance…

The lighting rig is rather impressive too. smiley - bigeyes

I guess you could say that I did rather enjoy the show. smiley - winkeye

Hmm, glad to hear you enjoyed it. I always fancied going to see it myself but never got round to it.

The village runs coach trips over to see some of the bigger shows when they tour to Bristol, so I got Mum to book me a place. smiley - biggrin

*prances across the library*

As I think I’ve said, it’s a very impressive show. The rhythms, the speed the precision; theatre magic!

Thought Lord of the Dance was jigs not prances?

I was going to be in a documentary about a dance school for those who think they can;t dance.
It was tentatively titled 'Prances with Fools'.

Oh definitely jigs and stomping, but I've broken a shoelace so I can only prance atm.

smiley - groan Ohhh dear! Mind you, it could make for a hilarious half hour or so.
