Hello little mouse,
how nice to be asked
to join your new thread
and not put to task.

I spoke to our friend,
and I think he is sorry.
He wasn't to know that
we would be sad and worry.

I hope you will look and
do not feel offence
as he attempts to amend
his previous license.

This is a poem, one friend
to another.

Thank you for the lovely poem - I liked the use of license.

I did *actually* unsub, so won't be going back - I expect it will move on just fine without me.

I don't expect this to be a very busy thread - and topic drift is permitted, so long as folks return it to topic with a poem when their convos finished.

I suspect I'll end up just jotting random thoughts in here - but that's too, so don't feel obliged to hit the corner - unless you're particularly bored.

I just enjoy a little rhythm.. now and then

I'm not much of a writer
anda rhyme's a little blighter
I was genuinely shocked
When I read what didn't rock

I love it there are no rules
Now I can write about mules

Mules are good too.

just inane!

whereas lil is insane

Lil had a pain up in her neck
so she told Bel - well what the heck
we might isolate the cause
if we could take the time to pause
and think about when this pain came -
Then find it was the again.

*squeals with laughter*

In which they play and slap each other
Not my scene - what would my mother
Say if she new that my friends
Followed *special interest* trends
She'd be appalled - spin in her grave
But Lil and Hoggy sure can rave.
