Gruesome! But I remain optimistic! Actually my week has just been busy, and have been worrying about things that could happen in the near future. me! Otherwise - it's just been a normal week. Compared to some I really have little to complain about. (although I did force Lurcher to listen to me whine earlier in the week!)

But it was good for him! (I'm sure he's here somewhere...)
I just really love the people I've met on h2g2! They are all very friendly, witty, amazing and just generally a lot of fun to be around!

Been a week for listening then Lurcher!

Michele - I thinks its been one of those weeks

I cant get on line in the week now and sent Lurcher a long and rambling email telling him all my woes

But now at least I am back for a couple of days amoungst the wonderful frinds I have here

And we've missed you terribly, Light.

Michele, I tried your pickle recipe today. Can't wait to try it.. I did use a smaller (aka not industrial sized) jar though and hopefully adjusted accordingly.. There aren't any Sams or Costcos anywhere in NYC. I think the closest is Long Island.. I miss those.. never thought I would but I do..

Well I was meant to come over at New Year for my Ex Boyfriends wedding (long and complicated story!) But since the rest of our friends were not able to maek it I did not fancy it becoming too much like the set up for a cheesy film script!

Anyway I am great frinds with him still and have met his now wife (they came to stay with me over here). He has appled for citisenship but it has not come through and he is not allowed to leave the country yet so rather than them coming here early summer the idea is that I go there. We are trying to find some dates that would work for us all (my work is manic tilla t least the end of May and I have a week at a conference in France then too)

Anywa getting to the point it would be fab to get to meet you all - i will keep you posted about dates etc

July 6th I believe... and I think Clive has plans to come to the US for it..

We have been looking at a little earlier than that but who knows - neither he or I are renowned for our organisational abilities outside work!
