Actually hun, got an alternate Search engine, developed at Rutgers: http://www.teoma.com BTW, teoma is Gaelic for expert.

Yes, I remember you mentioning that (about wounds healing from the bottom up/from the inside, just ater Ranger's surgery. But thanks for the reminder about the Omega 3's, it would've slipped my mind! Oops should've posted in that particular thread 
...but then again, you'll most likely see it here too.
