Paul, try the green tabasco. It's not quite as powerful, but still has some of that rich, tabasco-y flavour, with an extra little zing of it's own. Not bad stuff, that.

What you would have is a Tabasco snowcone. I like the garlic Tabasco as well as the green, but I don't care for the chipotle version.
