Oh, yeah. Everybody expected him to have scars, but he's good as new, now. It took a little while for his eyebrows to grow back.

A girl I knew got hurt badly after a small portable gas stove exploded in her face - strange thing is she is more beautiful now than she was before. She doesn't have any visible scars, but her face is changed somehow. She herself was more worried about her hair, she'd not cut it since she was about twelve.

That is kind of strange. My cousin pretty much looks just like he did before. He was worried about his eyebrows.

Have you ever had any bad accidents?

My own life has been fairly accident-free (well, major-accident-free, anyway). I think I broke an arm or something when I was very young, but I don't remember it.

You broke an arm and *don't remember* it??!! How young were you?

Very young, apparently. Like I said, I don't remember it, so I'm not sure, exactly.

I got run over by a car when I was five, I don't remember the car, but everything that happened afterwards. My earliest memories are from when I was about two.

Ouch...I'm not sure about my earliest memories. I remember starting kindergarten, so I must have been almost five by then. I have memories from before then, but it's all very vague.

I remember my first day in kindergarten too, I was four. Another girl a year older wetted herself - I found that very strange.

No one wet themself on my first day. I remember feeling very out of place, because a lot of the other kids seemed to know each other. Maybe they were just faster at making friends than I was.

I didn't make any friends at all, only one enemy, the dentist's son, he wouldn't let me play in the sandbox, said he didn't want to catch girl fleas. I stayed only for some months because of that car the year after.

Aw... Kids can be mean, sometimes.

No, don't cry! I'm sure I was a real mustard myself sometimes!

Maybe, but you're really nice, now.

I turned out pretty good despite evertything - I'm amazed myself. I wasn't much of a mustard, really, but hose were really bad times. I could have become a monster.

Well, you do seem to overcome those bad times to become a very good person. I'm glad you didn't turn into a mustard.
