Maths Wizard, I was in a conversation wtih your mom and I know she has trouble understanding some things so I used your real name to make sure it was simple enough for her understand.

I mean look at this:

Well I thought she'd have realised that Member has left and that he didnt admit to being anyone else on here as he probably wasnt, but although the first part was easy to work out, you just had to read his PS. Though given your moms habit of projecting she probably thinks that was a deceitful ruse of the kind she and Appy are so versed in. The second part took some degree of understanding so Im not surprised that she's a little slow on the uptake.



And try reading a few postings I've made - you'll see that on h2g2, as in everything else I write, I make sure that my spelling and grammar are perfect. Yours, however, leaves a lot to be desired. Any errors are typing errors, not errors due to ignorance, like yours.

Thanks for the heads up you know in my 31 and a bit years no one had ever noticed or commented on that, well done for spotting it Sherlock.

I am I really supposed to believe that someone could fail to understand that in the context of discussing the moderation of nivknames someone thought that "the team" was refering to anyone else but the community team.

Dont be so paranoid Adelaide we are not a team out to get you we dont have team breifings to arrange attacks. Infact az often asks me to leave you be. We do and discuss you on other threads, where you choose to drop in or Appy drws your attention to them.

We are loosely bound together have no aims and like you being here we only have problems with people who lie and bad mouth us, which is something you have practically captured the market in.

You did it to a few other researchers and a lot of them left or post less often but we are not such people as they are and will not give in to bullies.

Did you fail to notice the question mark? I was stating my impression of what had happened. If I'm wrong, CORRECT me; it's just that usually, if you choose a sensible password, it should be moderately difficult for most people to crack your account. And I seem to recall seeing a thread where Apparition explained what he actually did. Not precisely innocuous, but definitely not cracking.

As I said - if I'm mistaken, feel free to tell me. Though to be honest, I'm not really bothered, though (from the seventy or so new postings I discovered here) evidently the people here still are.

Now, I've got an exam in less than ten hours. I have to go, and I'll have exams after this one - 30 hours in total, over two weeks. It won't be in my interests to continue debating stuff like this in that time, but since everyone else is so embroiled in it, I expect I'll see plenty of backlog when I'm done.

Maybe she, like I did, got an email from Jimster saying it was you doing the ing. For me however the ing was purely on your whim as I didn't break any house rules.

Well, of course the main difference being that I was speaking directly to my friend Jordan and giving him my interpretation of his argument (I had misinterpreted, he corrected me). I was not going around h2g2 telling other people untrue things about him.

It is, and we don't. The only way a Yikesed person can know who Yikesed them is if the Yikeser tells them.

Thanks for clearing that up. I remember awhile ago when myself and several other women here were being stalked and harrassed by another researcher (who has since been banned from the site), I was told by h2g2 that I should yikes all of his postings. I don't think I ended up yikesing any in the end (though I know others did) and it would be quite discomforting to think that it might have been brought to this researcher's attention about *who* had been yikesing them.

Glad to hear that, in fact, the complaints system *is* anonymous.

However that kind of misinformation is perhaps why this thread is still going.

Mayhap if Della and Appy stoped trying to re-write history, perhaps all involved would let it become history you know...
