Krahn is my eldest son, who also trained Tang Soo Do and now does Judo, so wrestling would be right up his street.

If I had to take him on, I would only have a slight weight advantage, but I think I would have to be very carefull.

i got back from holiday this afternoon . i did a spot or arm wrestling, does that count?

you stand in the starting position: knees slightly bent, arms by your sides with palms facing downwards. everybody stands in a circle and you have a leader. there are 4 diciplines, for the first you raise both hands to either side of your head, plams facing forwards. for the 2nd you hold your left arm across your body, hold your right elbow and make your right hand into a emu head shape. for the 3rd you put both arms to the left of you with your right hand above. for the 4th you make your hands into fists and place them at your sides (unfortunately no pelvic thrusts are allowed). each move is accompanied by a 'WaaaaaaaaaaAH!' everybody does a random move at the same time and everyone with the same position as the leader is out. it's great fun
