So how were all the dinners?

Good. I've started writing about them, but unfortunately they give us take-home exams at the end of term as well as food.

Ah... OK, then I won't nag you about getting the reports done, since the exams are *much* more important... (Though if they're still not done a month from now...)

Nay, they're both in on Monday. I have some other work to be getting on with, but that's less urgent.

I was going to ask this in my club, but I decided to ask here, instead...

No. That sounds too much like forward planning to me.

Well, it'll take longer for them to get there... *reminds self--sign and send!* I figure yours shouldn't take much longer than if I were to send a card to New York or something... Not that I have any idea how long that takes...

The Royal Mail tend to say you should post a week before Christmas when sending within the UK - a change from their usual showing-off about 98% of first class post being there before 5pm the following day, so I suppose it'll take longer than that from Canada. Maybe I should do some soon.

So how're the cards coming? Your card got mailed Wednesday, so you should get it in time... And the last of my US cards are getting mailed tomorrow...

Oh, er... I have bought some. I've received one as well, though not yours.

I wouldn't expect that you would've gotten mine yet... I only just mailed it two days ago... And you *are* on the other side of the continent, after all...

I wasn't complaining. I've got a parcel from my mum now as well, who obviously took the "suggested posting date to Canada" to heart. Mind you, if anything arrives after Tuesday, I won't be there. I'll have to ask the office what to do about getting stuff forwarded. Or maybe they'll hold onto it and I can collect it.

So where will you be after Tuesday? I thought you had to stay there...
