Most people don't think they sound like how they sound when they're recorded... something to do with bone conduction, I think... And, of course, I don't know if you sound the same in person as you do on the phone... I know Tom doesn't. If you ever call me (hint?) and he answers, *don't* call him ma'am... He *hates* that... (Can't really blame him...)

I don't usually call anyone ma'am, but I could try making an exception.
