i still dont have the days memorized yet can barely remember them so i aviod speaking any kind of dates in case months have been renamed and i wasnt told...

There was talk of renaming the months... back in the day before my first leave of hootoo. I don't know if many here remember it...

well i have ben here almost 2 years and i dont remember it.....

It was way way back in the day, when I had been coming here for a few months... before No No No was even in the 10,000s...

Well, that was unpleasant.

Oh, I remember that discussion. I happened to be reading through some of the earlier backlog a week or two ago and saw those particular posts. Haven't been around here long enough to have actually witnessed it in the making, though.

my apologies to lady scott for having said the th word. of course i was trying to make a point that the reason why people were so miserable was because the names of the days of the week were so... *dull* and lacking in personality... sort of adds on to their feeling of desperation and unhappiness. now, if the days of the week were renamed, at least people would get a kick out of saying them, like 'oh i've got a meeting on bly sodit'. it would colour their lives, methinks.

what's this about renaming the months, and have they proposed new names, or do we get to spin them?
