Hmm... a new thread on my site... I suppose I should reply.
Greetings Lady Elly, and welcome to the Thingite Armoury. You'll need to sign the following form with blood preferably... if your a mite squeamish you can use a blue or black ballpoint pen.
Follow me down this hallway, and we shall pick out your breastplate, you can choose from the 3 models here, Gold, Silver, and Aluminum Foil. Then you can pick your sidearm, ::: holds up a box of Titanium Sporks ::: and your main weapon ::: gestures to the long rows of shelves stocked with weapons in the armoury ::: Anything else you need, please check out with me. The armoury is at your disposal.

Well, I shall sign with a pen, being the Anemic girl that I am... I'll take the golden Breastplate, and a Bow and Arrows, and a small Knife. What about a helmet? No? ok, then- I'm ready!

Oh, of course you can have a helmet! I totally forgot about that along with the other elements of armour. Again, feel free!

You know... I don't think I was ever officially outfitted... I have my priestess outfit, and my spork in the little thingie above my boot on my calf, but I think that maybe that'll be a bit cumbersome if we do any kind of real fighting once we get to the Towers.
Hmmm... what kind of armour choices do ya have?

All Thingite guards must wear the traditional winged helmet, my Counselor ... and since you are below me, as you pointed out earlier, () and I am only wearing a silver breastplate, I suggest you downgrade from the gold. Not only will our breastplates clash, but titanium looks so much nicer with silver don't you think?
Oh, Master-at-Arms? Might I suggest a bronze breastplate as opposed to an aluminum foil one? I know it's not as good while baking, but it holds up better under battle conditions, no?

*gives her a New York-style sock on the arm*

Shea the Sarcastic Posted Apr 15, 2001
Main Entry: sock
Function: verb
Etymology: origin unknown
Date: circa 1700
transitive senses : to hit, strike, or apply forcefully
But a New York-style sock in the arm isn't forceful, it's just a fist kinda nudged into someone's upper arm. Ya know ...

Oh! That! I hated that! In the army they give you painful ones on everything you achieve , if nothing else
Uniforms
Shea the Sarcastic Posted Apr 15, 2001
So you're saying that I should start making these painful?
And begin pelting people with eggs, cheese, flour, jam, etc...
We are nothing if not regulation in this army!
*picks up assorted food products, testing them for projectile-ability*
