Hello KL!
NYC Student - The innocent looking one =P Posted Oct 30, 2000
[NYC] what? never say what? just what exactly are you talking about? I mean, just coming out with a completely random statement like that is very confu-- OOF!!
*NYC is kicked again by evillene, as she manages to extract her head from the corner*
[evillene] in any case, it worked.
[NYC] what worked? what exactly do you mean?
*evillene smacks NYC, the fight ensues*

The Masque of the Red..., Emperor of Planet X Posted Oct 30, 2000
KL, do you by any chance have the Total Perspective Vortex? Or shall I have that put in on planet X?
Hello KL!
Six clones: Y2K, Y3K, Y4K, Y2C, Y3C, and Y4C Posted Oct 31, 2000
[Y3C] I was under the impression that Zaphod Beeblebrox disabled the Total Perspective Vortex by eating the fairy cake that powered it.
[Y2C] No, that was just in the electronically synthesized Universe Zarniwoop had.
[Y2K] What's fairy cake, by the by?
[Y4K] And what does the Totemizer do? What's that disk?
Hello KL!
soeasilyamused, or sea Posted Oct 31, 2000
*evillene mutters something about zaphod beeblebrox being an insatiable head case*

Uncle Heavy [sic] Posted Oct 31, 2000
Yes. This chamber will do nicely. If you remember. The purpose of coming here was to punish the clones for pusshing me out of the lift. But I think Ill just bank that little titbit for our upcoming court case.

Upcoming? It's been in progress for quite some time.

[Y3C] Should we go there?
[Y2K] No, because none of us participated. We'd only mess things up.

The Masque of the Red..., Emperor of Planet X Posted Nov 1, 2000
Hey, KL, can we give Y2K a medal for showing constraint in a confusing situation?
~Shows off his own "Double Cross", whic unfortunatley blends in completely with his black outfit~
Hello KL!
Six clones: Y2K, Y3K, Y4K, Y2C, Y3C, and Y4C Posted Nov 1, 2000
[Y2K] Hey. ONE of us has to show constraint, and ONE of us has to take charge, so I decided to do both. After all, I AM the original.
[Y2C] No you're not. YK is.
[Y2K] Ah, screw that, he's a Good Guy.

All the more reason to worry about him taking you over.

[Y2K] What's that got to do with anything!? Hamsters don't fly!
[Y3C] And what you've said about red herrings being deep fat fried is absolutely NOT true!
[Y4K] And I do SO like cheesecake!
[They're just adding confusion to the mix...]
Hello KL!
The Masque of the Red..., Emperor of Planet X Posted Nov 4, 2000
I would like to ask you to refrain from talk of depp-fat-frying Red Herrings while either myself or my former running mate Red Fish is present.

All these forums are slowly winding to a halt, aren't they...

Compose yourselves. Many fora have died unmourned. Why should this one be any different? There is little going on that is interesting anyway.
[considers this]
Or ... is there?

[Y3C] Pardon me, Your Lordship, but I'm not under the impression that the bad guy giving the good guy a tour of his Underground Lair is anything unusual when the bad guy is up to someth--
[Y2K] You had to say that in front of UH!

*Is rifling through a large bag. He selects a medal in the shape of a red star and tosses it to Y2K*
It's called the Hypothetical Reasoning award. I believe the title fits for why Red wishes me to give it to you.
Anyway, I'm not exactly up to anything. I am angered at Styx the Rat and Amy the Ant for attempting to inflict Genocide on the land based rat-ants, but I am deciding to forgive them. Granted, I can't think of a single thing I've done to them worth killing off most of my pets, but I managed to salvage a queen egg. In a few weeks I'll probably be over it, anyway, so I will just post my forgiveness on their user spaces.
In any event, I don't plan on being up to anything for a while. Nothing's planned anyway. I'm currently working on something, but I won't be able to really get going with it for a while yet.
Oh, and Y2K, a Totemizer is a special way of capturing someone and holding them forever. A totemizer reduces a person of all of their abilities, and turns them into a small, flat, metal disk. The disk (or Totem) is capable of still talking to someone, or seeing some of the things that are going on, but other than that, the Totem is totally captivated. There has only been one case of a Totemization ever being reversed. Now, I wouldn't mind it if Uncle Heavy would like to take a really, really, really close look at the totemizer, but I'm not going to hold my breath. Meanwhile, let me think...
Okay, the closest place that I could show you on a tour is the cafeteria, but I've got a bad feeling that a food fight would errupt.
Key: Complain about this post
