...mind empty, trying to figure out which tremendously important subject I had in mind before my mind went completely blank.
Did that ever happen to you?
A reply, whether written or said out loud, that simply failed to surface in time, instead withering away in silence?
A beautiful thought, a splendid idea - and they all faded away?
Manifest!
Manifest your thoughts, your ideas, your inpuy - but do it fast, or else you'll find it withering away in no time...

I had a really deep and profound response all lined up ... and then the cat chased a dust mote, and I forgot.
Yes, it has happened a few too many times.

Try to enjoy the emptyness and forget "the importance" that got lost.
It will come back when it is really important for your inner life.
For sure.

I would appreciate a bit of emptiness right now. Emptiness I can deal with. Memories and negative emotions are harder.

At the moment, I've got an impending sense of dread, due to a deadline or 3 that I've let whoosh past recently. Which means the creative juices are flowing, but I feel too guilty to make them manifest.
When I get my work out of the way, suddenly all my bright ideas will disappear. This happens many times to me.

I just seem to lack tremendously important subjects in general. I have nothing to say.
