Marmite Servings

Anyway, so I was spreading my marmite on my toast, and reading the jar because it was more interesting than the politics on the radio. And it says that marmite should be served in 4g portions. All this time, and I've spread my marmite without weighing it first - what can I have been thinking?

... my unofficial house rules are now way too long - it's time to split them into sections for easy reading. Is anyone really going to wade through ten pages of such stuff?
