was *too* (it wasn't a particularly convincing impersonation, but it was still impersonation - hence existance of denials and confusion. Not all quietness is silence, not all impersonation is identity theft)

Well I'm convinced... . Come now - at least two of the people in that list are known to be ambivalent about the truth (and I'm one of them), and in any case denials from a completely anoymous account which supposedly aims at confusion are worth not terribly much. I'm sure you'd claim that that too was part of the irony...
