Anyway, so I was spreading my marmite on my toast, and reading the jar because it was more interesting than the politics on the radio. And it says that marmite should be served in 4g portions. All this time, and I've spread my marmite without weighing it first - what can I have been thinking?

What's marmite? Did the label indicate that portions other than 4g might be harmful?
