Well, a bit of voyeurism never hurt anyone. Unless of course they were male, naked and had an urgent necessity to close the window through which they were looking, but that's just disgusting.

Just to throw my opinion into the forum;
I think that what Emily said earlier in the string was quite profound.
I know it was probably taken from a book, or an article of some kind, but it was quite an uplifting piece.
The persuit of happiness is not an easy one, and everyone has different ways of getting there. True celibacy (the conscious abstination from genital sex), is a noble persuit and should be encouraged in any individual that chooses it. How many of the people in this forum could say that they are truly celibate? I doubt there are that many that could; most of us are simply between partners, or are in faithful relationships. It is possible to have a meaningful, loving relationship with someone without engaging in full sex.

I agree....
The only person I know who has ever presumed to say he does that is Sir Cliff Richard!
Don't forget though, that there are celibates here who are *under duress* ie, not through their own choice...

How do you mean, "not through their own choice?".

It's almost time to celebrate the turn of the Millennium again, at the correct date this time.
Time flies when you aren't having fun. {pout} LOL

Croz, the honour of h2g2 rests with you. Go out to the Raz and make us proud!
I am going to a pedant's party this New Years Eve for all those people who steadfastly refused to celebrate the new Millennium until the correct date!

Is it a PRIVATE PEDANTIC PERSONS' PARTY or can anyone come?
Try saying that when you've had a few drinks.
Maybe it should be an h2g2 event - we have to set a good example for the rest of humanity (there is a first time for everything. ) and do it at the correct time.

Wow - Abi, I'm just great!
Still recovering from the shock of being voted the next Archangel by the other Angels...
Hey a meet-up on New Year's Eve sounds great!
All of us in our h2g2 t-shirts?
