Interestingly enough... My proposal IS legal...
Luckily for me I happen to know the technicalities of the Public Indecency laws which clearly state that you can do anything that is not otherwise illegal in public, so long as no one else reports it to the police... which is mean it becomes an offence because you have been indecent to that person... anyone who accepts your act or simply ignores it is declaring it permissable and therefore decent... The essential thing is... 1) Don't get caught or 2) Only get caught by people who don't mind what you're doing...
