I'm not looking for a new partner, on this planet.
I might have better luck with an alien species.

Hmmmmmm
Something strange happened to me last night, but I'm not going to talk about it outside of my journal because I don't want to be thought of as a cuckoo.
This morning I woke as a new person, revitalized almost...I walked to my local Leisure Centre, swam for an hour, walked home...
Buzzing....

He had cancer.
We had already split up, we had been engaged.
I was one month away from marrying someone else when my mother told me that Paul had died. I knew he was ill, but I assumed as he was only 19, that he would get better.
Life isn't fair, sometimes.

Never saw a meerkat before.
I have now.
Never slept with a man who doesn't snore, before.

I keep forgetting that this place can be enlightening.... It's been great to read accounts of so many other people not actually enjoying the losing of their virginity
I was eighteen when I lost mine, and the individual in question was also my first boyfriend (long story, unhappy school and college life, etc. etc. etc. *grin*).
We'd been going out for a while and as well as being sickeningly in love with him I was also greatly in lust. I was staying over at his place one weekend when we made a fumbled attempt at consumating our relationship, but as usual with two people who are not schooled in the arts of love, we gave up due impatience and lack of knowledge.
On our secoond attempt we managed it, and boy was it painful. I didn't say anything because I didn't want to 'spoil' the moment. As it turns out he was in pain as well, but we both kept schtum The silly things we do for the person we're with *grin*
Needless to say the whole procedure became much easier to carry out on further attempts And we are still carrying out research in the name of science nearly four years on... Not bad for a first attempt
