Critical Updates...
Posted Mar 12, 2005
I downloaded and installed the critical updates for Wind Doze '98 suddenly my computer froze... Being a bit thick/naive it didn't occur to me that the reason non Soft programmes weren't working properly was because of the update until after I'd unistalled Mozilla, when FireFox had been installed and didn't work it dawned on me that my computer has been spiked wityh something that stops me using WinAmp, FireFox, RealPLayer etc etc...

For The Last Time.
Posted Mar 5, 2005
Something that helped to me to get over the termination of relations with my former-fiancé was wearing on a strip of black leather about my neck the engagement ring. I wore it as a reminder that there had once been a sincere commitment to each other between us. There had once been real love. That the end of the relationship had not changed the facts of what had once been.
I've taken that ring off for the final time. Not for particularly positive reasons. I feel like a “fat f**ckwit”.

Not Hobbits...
Posted Mar 4, 2005
I really don't think the new species look anything like hobbits, hobbits are just popular at the moment and the new species happen to be short.
The news is that it's been confirmed the remains are of a previously unknown decendent of homo erectus rather than a dwarfed race of humans, and they were sharing the planet with us 'til just 13,000 years ago.

Myrddin Is Sick...
Posted Feb 21, 2005
My PC has been struck down with a mysterious condition. I know not if it be virus or worm or trojan or what. But he can't connect to the internet, the A drive is dead and many of the programmes have gone weird and not in a good way.
So I won't be around at weekends and will likely only be checking e mail during the week.
It will be sometime before I can afford to pay someone to look at it, if I can figure out what's wrong myself.
