As always after they announce who the next Doctor is going to be, when asked what I think I'm replying that I'll reserve judgement until the new actor's had a chance to settle into the role, so about halfway through their second series.
Is it just me, or do some people seem to think that there's only one way a woman would play the Doctor? All the actors who have played the Doctor so far have been quite different, so at this moment in time I've no idea how she will be. I'm just wishing her well and hope she finds an approach that suits her and wins support.
Oh, and Joanna Lumley was the first female Doctor back in 1999.

I'm not sure whether I should become a procrastinator or not. I can see that advantages AND the disadvantages. I'm just not sure that this is the right time to commit.
Maybe it is.
Or maybe it isn't.
I just don't know.
I'll sleep on it.
