How do you feel about body hair?

Hubby used Aramis when I first met him. He's used various products over the years. Right now he favours Ferrari Black and Fahrenheit (not at the same time though!).

my mum bought farenheit for my but I don't like it that much so he's used it all up and now uses Aramis for special occasions.

I don't use "smelly stuff" because any that smells nice is very expensive. I tend to like the men's better, too, the sort of earthy, orange-y ones.

I really liked those hairy garments you linked us to Mal. Actually, "like" is the wrong word, but I found the images powerful.

Is anyone else wondering what made the little girl in the Titian feel so poorly?

Less artistically:

(Not pornographic, but only safe for work if the boss isn't behind you)

Certainly not porographic...if one were to conceive that as something of a turn on.

The Roman and Muslim cultures were big on depilation. (And to this day, if you want depilated, find a Muslim woman with a couple of lengths of thread). So it pre-dates porn.
Also - in Japan women's pubes used to be pixellated. Although that's now changed. I believe. *On the other hand*, Japanese erotic woodcuts showed pubes.

I'm curious to know what other women feel about male facial hair.
A former lover grew a beard whilst away on business because he thought I might think it made him look like a Rabbi...(He was Jewish...and knew I have a thing for Jews) I didn't like it; it came off immediately...shows he loved me Then I wanted it back but he was too huffy about it.

Ed: I assume you mean the pubes in porn were pixelated. Otherwise it would be really weird. Though it's genitalia in general that are pixelated as far as I can tell, not something aimed just at the pubic hair.
Speaking of muslims, apparently the Sikhs are quite against removing body hair.

Xan:
Conscious ambiguity. I believe it was pubic hair in particular that was the iffy area - although wherever you get pubes, genitals are nearby.
Then there's the 'Hairy Ainus' of Northern Japan.

And, yes, 'Kesh' or allowing hair to grownaturally is one of the Sikh '5 K's'

I'm ambivalent towards body hair, but surely a hairy ainus isn't the easist of things to keep clean?
