Sub-infinite number of monkeys

I am a Chimp. Hath not a Chimp eyes? Hath not a Chimp hands,
organs, dimensions, senses, affections, passions; fed with the same
food, hurt with the same weapons, subject to the same diseases,
heal'd by the same means, warm'd and cool'd by the same winter
and summer, as a Human is? If you prick us, do we not bleed? If
you tickle us, do we not laugh? If you poison us, do we not die?

I think I've gotten to the heart of the old
infinite monkeys on infinite keyboards issue
and why, in spite of its ludicrous proposition,
it resonates so much with people and resurfaces
regularly as a 'thought for the day'.
The word KEY is the key. It's at the end of monKEY
and the start of KEYboard.
In our brains they are wired up as monkeyboard.
Any other connection is expended from that.
Literacy is a curse.
Ask any aphasiac.
