I think the world would be a better place if meteorologists did their job properly.

Of course, they would be allowed - nay, forced - to wear hats while they're at it.

Alternatively, perhaps meteorologists should be banned all together. Then no one would even think about forecasting the weather, and we would be surprised every day.

They could wear rain hats or sun hats, depending on the forecast.
