I don't know but...
I believe there was an incident during the Crusades where a European king went to a Muslim barber and, as was the practice, was given a 'Full Hollywood'. He was so impressed that he took his wife along for the same. This immodesty caused such an outrage that the local population rose up in rebellion.
My wife occasionally shares saunas with Pakistani women. Seemingly the Full Hollywood (or should it be Full Lahore?) is still the fashion.
