Don't know if the Sliders ever made it home BBC2 yanked it without showing the last 2 seasons.

They managed to show each of the Star Trek spin offs in their entirety... unfortunately they kept interrupting them with snooker and tennis and other unimportant minority interests.

Trek and Buffy were Bum's on seats so it was in their interest to show it all, unfortunatly it's all about ratings and money, if the show's ratings fall below a certian figure they abandon it of if the show become's hugely popular they get out bidded by either Sky or C4 re: Angel, Enterprise, 24 and The Simpsons

true but if they're going to bid for this stuff could they stick it in the right timeslot.
I caught a Buffy repeat on C5 last week and if you thought the early evening edit for BBC2 was bad this was awful.Don't think they've heard of continuity

Yet they stuck X Files on at 10.45 on a sunday which always got chopped for underwater curling or the Woman's Weekly Annual Knitting awards or some such rot. Buffy always got a uncut slot around 11pm

Cheggers plays pop.. It was dreadful, but I think I can remember Marc Bolan and David Bowie on it once, or was that the utterly shocking "Shang a Lang"??

I bought a bargain DVD for my kids the weekend before last, every episode of the flumps ever made. Brilliant.
'Go away spoons' said Pootle
'Now, how did that get in my flumpet?' said Grandpa flump
The woman narrator deserves an Oscar.
