I'll happily wear my cuban heeled black leather boots all weekend with no ill effects...
Anything over six inch heels though and I'm likely to end up in A&E, or at least with badly bruised knees and elbows

I was most impressed the other day by the lady in front of me at the train station running down the stairs in a pair of 4inch stiletto's. Although the way she did it, she must have been causing her ankles severe grief.
