“"We have no need for your useless Cubist maps"
ROFLMAO.
I quite enjoyed giving RPG characters amusing names. Somewhere, I think I still have a saved game of one where the three principal characters now frequently intoduced themselves as follows:
"My name is [... Rickman. Yup.]."
"I'm [not Alan Rickman]."
"My name is [what???!!!]."
It also adds to some of the dialogue. I remember especially "We have to save her, not Alan Rickman."

I almost always fight the Indians when I play Civ so I guess underneath all that non-violent protesting he's a secret megalomaniac
One of my proudest moments was completing Alex Kidd in Miracle World on the Master System. I can still remember the final box sequence now - sun, star, moon, wave, fish, star, fish

Recently, I finally got myself a computer that I could play Elder Scrolls Oblivion on.
Most tense quest so far was those catacombs with traps and human hunters, and you're the game
Last night, Martin (sole heir to the emperor) looked deep into my eyes and said '...but YOU have the soul of a HERO!' Loved that moment!

In Wow, I find flirting with an enemy player to be quite fun since you are limited to only emotes - I've learnt a couple of new ones that way!
Or insulting an enemy player - even more fun!

I still have my Piccolo of the Flaming Fire from Strat Undead. It's still great fun to equip it in a place where there are lots of people, say the Auction House, use it and behold! A room full of characters all dancing thanks to the piccolo and not having a clue why

Ooh, couple of fabuously beautiful Worms moments, all the way from the old ones to Worms forts. I still can often be heard screaming 'RevENGE!' and squeaking 'You'll regret that!' at appropriate times in conversation. I truly worms.
Hogs of war. Just all of it. Beautiful.
Renaming my windows hearts opponents as Bev, Kev and Trev. Why I enjoy this so much, I dont know. A small part of me says I'm quite sad really.
Worst moment was completing Devil May Cry (cant remember which one. Last but one?). Essentially, if I can complete a game, it's dull and way too easy. If I can complete a game in two sittings, It's genuinely been a waste of money and time. And then the exciting 2nd disc which was, essentially, the same game. Again. *yawn*

Oh, I'd forgotten about Worms. The time I killed an opponent by blow-torching them off a cliff was sweet. Also the Scouse voice saying "I'll have you" is legendary with me and my mates.

Ooh Worms...
Some of the pure shit-your-pants moments in Project Zero (the first one) like when you open a door and there is a there and 'My eyes, my eyes'.
I finished Final Fantasy XII yesterday. Over 400 hours of game play. I feel like I've lost my right arm...

I've had a few happy moments on Hogs of War but that is helped by the inherent humour of the game, the way it's designed.
It has to be said though, getting perfect swoops and jumps through a city with a couple of nice seamless climbs and finishing with a nice assassination or a total carnage wipeout in Assassin's Creed is pretty awesome.
I cant wait for ACII!!! *jumping up and down in seat*

We had a gaming party at our house back in January (and we're having another next year). There were many cool moments, but the most fun was the final tie-breaker round, for which we used Pong! Apparently in the real arcade version it has a sort of analog interface which can be controlled with refinement, but using PS2 pads it was practically impossible to get a rally going. Add in everybody crowded into the lounge, drunk, cheering, and it was a memorable experience...

My nan has an old console with a collection of controllers, a joystick for Pac Man and a paddle thing with a round dial on it which was ideal for pong, breakthrough and a night driver game.
