A Somewhat Embarrassing Question
Flanker Posted Feb 20, 2004
I'm sure I speak for the rest of the community here I say congratulations to both Master B and Odo on finally recitfying the terrible problem that Master B endured. Namely getting a bit of Blu-Tac stuck in his belly-button. Not only did they manage to remove it but they introduced us all to a new h2g2er.... A small piece of Furry Blu-tac.
So a big hello to you "Bluie" if I may call you that I hope you will live long and prosper.

Yes, many congratulations!
to all three of you.
The delivery was somewhat...um...unconventional (would we expect anything less) but I'd like to extend the warmest congrats.
I hope Baby Bluie and father are doing well.
I don't want to even think about the conception...

I wonder if there is a word for being being sexually excited by Office stationary products?

Xerography?

A Somewhat Embarrassing Question
IctoanAWEWawi Posted Feb 20, 2004
would that make the 'staples' office supplies site a porn site?
Hmmm
Statiosexual?
Offisexual?
Bibliosexual? (although that's perhaps more sexually excited by libraries? Which I guess would work for B !!)
Takisexual?

IctoanAWEWawi Posted Feb 20, 2004
Wasn't it The Mary Whitehouse Show (UK) that did skits on the sexual tension in libraries produced by the oppressive quietness and so forth? Featured an exploding Barry White at some point i seem to recall.

sorry for more posting but i think this thread may have found my level!
Do you realise how many uses (and websites) there are for blu-tack? Everything from using it as an impromptu exhust baffles gasket, to being the most reliable way to hold a ppopadom stable in a microwave! the sheer genius of people is amazing!
And then I found

The Worsley institute of BluTack Art. Puts my school lesson time creations to shame it must be said!!

None of those creations, however, exploited the new medium now available to ASPOFB-T - viz, the introduction of belly-button hair to the conceptual zeitgeist. I believe ASPOFB-T is in a unique position to take this art in a stunning, radical new direction.
I look forward to seeing your Turner Prize entry.

I think we need to see what form-strcture ASPOFB-T has decided to take before we make such a move. B, can you supply some pictorial guidance?

I hate to pour cold water on this novel idea but if you go and read in A small piece of furry blu tack own forum on the Don't Ace thread you might see that he/she/it was looking for a razor
