Well of course the Beeb makes lots of money from sources other than the licence fee. What is to say DNA is not paid for out of that?

You can count my contribution as the RN pension my father never lived to collect (government funding). Or the DVDs and CDs I've bought from the Beeb.

To be honest... probably but who knows. As a licence fee payer I believe the Beeb has a duty to use new mediums of the media, free at the point of use. I do not resent the internet anymore than I do radio for example.

A beach ball does in fact have a large number of subtle points, that's called fractional geometry. I find your posts (those that I've seen) to indeed be fractional in all three of it's definitions.

As to the price of I must assume you are talking about the figures that reference BBC and therefore H2G2 funding. I was merely replying to the fractional reply of crazyhorse who seemed to imply that he had some greater status here than a foreigner like me.

Anyway, getting back to the subject- vampires are not real, H2G2 is part of the free services that the BBC provides, the BBC is not exclusively funded by television licenses, and this thread won't die because we just won't shut the up.

i tried my best to read the last 2 pages of posts without looking at the name of the poster, lo and behold i can pinpoint all of cl zoomers posts and Sat's due to the arrogant 'i'm right, you're wrong, why should we listen to you imbeciles?' attitude that somehow manages to seep into the tone of the postings.
so please don't come here and accuse all others of being the aggressors and try and convince yourselves that you're little angels because quite frankly, it don't wash.
