Mr Big - Lean into it.
Virtually every Thunder album.
AC/DC (all of 'em)
Dark side of The Moon
Seperate Ways - Teddy Thompson
The Girl Who Couldn't Fly - Kate Rusby
Sevendust - Southside Double Wide (live album)
I could go on, but not yet!

Blur - Parklife
Nirvana - Unplugged in New York
Ben Folds' Five - Whatever and Ever Amen
Kaiser Chiefs - Employment
Not sure if this one counts: High Fidelity - the Soundtrack (which would have been ever better if it had the Jack Black version of Let's Get It On)
Libertines - Libertines (all the way to the excellent bonus track)
Propellerheads - Decksanddrumsandrockandroll
Fatboy Slim - You've Come A Long Way, Baby
Meh, more than I was expecting.

I'm sure there are several others, among the 2000+ albums in the house... will have to think about it for a while.
I have to agree that this is a really great topic!

Very occasionally. I was going to say "The Lexicon Of Love", but then I remembered that it ends with the wholly unnecessary "The Look of Love Part 4".

Interesting topic. There are very, very few albums that I will happily listen to all the way through. I tend to buy albums as a resource from which to make my own compilations from.
The honourable exceptions are, off the top of my head:
'The House of Love' by The House of Love - although most of their albums are called that, come to think of it. The one with the butterfly on the front cover.
The first Belle & Sebastian album. No, hang on, 'Tigermilk' was actually the first. I mean 'If You're Feeling Sinister'.
Manu Chao's 'Radio Bemba Sound System' live album. It's an absolute stormer.
Either of the Franz Ferdinand albums.
There may be a few more, but I can't think of them right now.
Possibly 'Searching for the Young Soul Rebels' by Dexy's Midnight Runners.

to that last one.
It's reassuring how many albums have come up more than once on this list. Frankly, I'm stunned that no-one else has mentioned Graceland yet, though.

*snort* at ReddyFreddy.
All of my Reiki CD's.
What?
And eerything Floyd ever did, except the first one. "I've got a bike, you can ride it if you like" just doesn't do it for me. Oh and Hotel California.
There are bound to be more.
