Just remembered Vancouver, Canada has a Gassy Jack Square. Actually named after a settler known for his intestinal problems. The core of the city was named Gastown after him as it is today.

If we're allowed Latin names, there's a Roman site near Hexham called Corstopitum. Sounds like a good place for an Ancient Roman Frankie Howerd or Kenneth Williams.
And then there's Cock Bevington in Worcestershire.

Great Snoring and Little Snoring, situated near the north Norfolk coast. Would tell you more, but makes me tired thinking about it. I believe there was an advert once about Great Snoring. Anyone remember it?

On a trip north from Sydney the other day I noticed a suburb called Bobbin Head, and a couple of small towns called Mooney Mooney and Central Mangrove. (These places are quite near Woy Woy.)
